Kevin Ohlman was born in Central City, Nebraska. He lived and worked on his father’s farm while growing up and going to school at Central City. Kevin graduated from Central City High School in 1985. In the fall of 1985 Kevin attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering where he graduated and earned the title Colonel as part of the graduation ceremony. In 1991, Kevin obtained his Real Estate License and sold Homes and Ag Land for Central Realty, Inc. as a Real Estate agent. Kevin also married his wife Michelle that same year and together they have 5 children.
Kevin continued to farm and sell Real Estate until 1994 when he went full time into the real estate business. In 1997, Kevin completed his education and testing to become a Real Estate Broker. In 2000, he purchased Central Realty, Inc. Kevin has successfully helped hundreds of families find homes and farms. Being born and raised in the county seat of Merrick County has given Kevin a wonderful opportunity to meet great people with a great work ethic and a desire to make the world a better place.

Jim Helgoth was born in Butler County, NE. He was educated in private and public schools in that county. Jim also attended the University of Nebraska for one year and has completed other technical training.
In 1966, Jim moved to Merrick County and married Judy Birkel that same year. Together they raised six children, Kim, Kevin, Kassie, Kreg, Kent and Kirk. Jim farmed for 40 years and did maintenance for the village of Clarks for 17 years. Jim received his real estate license in 2010 and is currently a Merrick County Supervisor.
Linda (Huber) Riblett is a 5th generation Merrick county resident and grew up on a farm North of Central City. Linda is a 1981 graduate of Central City High School and received a Diploma from Grand Island School of Business in 1982. Linda began working at Central Realty and Insurance in January of 1987 as a bookkeeper and insurance agent licensed in Property/Casualty, Life and Health and Crop insurance. In 1993, the insurance portion of the business was purchased and Linda continued working for Triangle Insurance Agency until April 2014.
Since 2009, Linda has worked part-time for Central Realty, Inc. as a bookkeeper and in June of 2014, she obtained her real estate Salespersons license. Linda is now bringing her knowledge of homes and her customer service satisfaction abilities to real estate.
Linda has 3 sons and 2 step-daughters and has been married to Michael Riblett since 2001.
I was born and raised on a crop and livestock farm near Archer, Nebraska. I graduated from Central City High School in 1982 and attended the University of Nebraska -Lincoln graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness. I have worked in ag finance for nearly 23 years. In 2002, I obtained my Nebraska real estate license and through working in the trust department of a national bank, along with the current farms that I manage, I have experience in managing literally thousands of acres of farms and ranches.
I am married and have 3 children. My wife Tonya is the director of nursing for Primrose Retirement Community in Grand Island. My hobbies include hunting, fishing and outdoor sports.
